Consolidated Edison’s execution of their Overhead Transmission Rights-of-Way Land & Vegetation Management Plan has galvanized the residents of Westchester County to reach beyond our own property lines and town boarders to unite against Con Edison from clear cutting our beautiful neighborhoods.
